YOU ARE DIVINE LOVE.

When you finally accept that you are a spiritual being, namely LOVE, within an outer coat or what we call the body, then you have finally cracked the code of the Matrix. YOU have seen through the illusion and realised YOUR INNER TRUTH.

It really is as simple as that. Keeping yourselves focused on your INNER life from that point on is essential. You have to retrain your mind, use meditation and other tools like mindfulness to continue to thrive in an alien world and develop the INNER STRENGTH that can only be found by practicing your contact within.

By making this contact frequently, daily, it gets easier and stronger, and you begin to reflect your INNER LIGHT outwards. As you do this the Universe reflects back to you and multiplies what you send out.

Yes, WHAT YOU SEND OUT, RETURNS MULTIPLIED! What you THINK, NOW is what happens in your future. You have always had this power, even though you did not realise it. NOW that you KNOW in your HEART the truth you can use it with greater wisdom for the good of ALL. For we are ALL CONNECTED. WE are but ONE LIGHT and ONE LOVE!

If this is new to you, start by simply sitting in a quiet place and bringing your attention within, breathe quietly saying to yourself 'I' on the in breathe, and as you breathe out, say to yourself 'AM'. Do this gently and slowly, and within a few minutes you will FEEL a shift within you, you will FEEL a change in your frequency, you will FEEL LOVE enfold you, FEEL JOY, GRACE and PEACE.

Stay sitting quietly, and listen to your HOLY PRESENCE, become at ONE, remember WHO and WHAT YOU TRULY ARE.

YOU ARE LOVE.

Allow this LOVE to permeate your thoughts, words, and actions - that is mindfulness. Be mindful in all you say, think and do and your external life will improve exponentially, and a deep healing will take place for you, and those nearest and dearest to you.

Remember dear Soul Family, this isnt a race, there is no competition, we are all equally LOVE. Help others realise the beauty of their REAL LIFE WITHIN, which is as ONE LOVE and LIGHT. Pass it on, together, in this way we increase the LIGHT and LOVE available to the planet and HUGELY ASSIST THE ASCENSION PROCESS.

The next few weeks will bring much comfort and deep healing for all as we have already passed through the 3/3 Portal and into the next phase of the transformstion process. Assisting ALL to awaken is KEY for our progress…
