I just sent this link how science is approaching to understand consciousness via dream experiences.

I have been experiencing many times in dream state and also in day time consciousness that I am one big Energy state. One can call it SAT CHIT ANANDA -  Consciousness Bliss Absolut or God or whatever sounds familiar to people's religious/spiritual background. I call it just Energy. No need to complicate it or find spiritual names/callings, just Energy Being.  It also feels like  what Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh has said, that "You are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean in a drop."

"It is a divine feeling to be as One with the Universe...."

Various spiritual practices and beliefs across cultures emphasize the journey towards self-realization and spiritual enlightenment, echoing the concept of unity with the Universe. As an example, the concept of "anatta" is central to Buddhism; it is a teaching about the transience of the self that encourages us to recognize our own inherent unity with all of creation. Not dissimilarly, 'Brahman' is the central reality in Hinduism, which permeates and unites the universe. Moksha, literally "liberation," is the dissolution of the illusion of separateness through the realization of this deep oneness.

When you're in such harmony, you can let go completely. Rather than seeing it as a sign of defeat, this submission is more like putting faith in the unified workings of the cosmos. Surrendering, according to Sufism, is like putting one's trust in the divine current. The famous verse by Rumi, "You are not a drop in the ocean," is a perfect example of this. Like a drop in the ocean, you are the whole thing.

As this bond develops, we have a tendency to transcend our limited, egocentric awareness and see ourselves as spiritual beings. Similar to birds rediscovering the joy of flying, we liberate ourselves from the constraints and anxieties of this world. Among the numerous religions that hold this view, Christian mysticism is unique in its description of this release as the arrival at the "Kingdom of God" inside each of us.

Thereby, becoming one with the Universe grants us an immortal spirit. Similar to how a caterpillar changes into a butterfly, this union encourages us to discover the power and beauty of our latent spiritual wings. The path to enlightenment and harmony with the divine universe is, thus, symbolized by spiritual development.
