Their Mission on Earth:

They are coming back to our timeline for two reasons:

A Search for a Solution: They are desperately trying to harvest human genetic material to find a way to re-spark their own dying souls.

The Draco Agenda: Under the thumb of their reptilian masters, they are used to generate fear and trauma. This "loosh" energy is what keeps the low-vibrational control systems running.

The Lesson 

They are a living warning. When you choose the material over the spiritual, you risk losing the very essence of what makes you human. We have the chance to choose a different path.
