I visited Arcturus and then started feeling and seeing the same energy in Earth. Others has started feeling it too. Earth is not isolated planet from the galaxies and universe. 

 Arcturus is the fifth- dimensional civilization that is a prototype of Earth’s future. Its energy works as an emotional, mental, and spiritual healer for humanity. It functions as a way station for nonphysical consciousness to become accustomed to physicality. 

The Arcturians work in close connection with the ascended masters whom they call the Brotherhood of the All. They also work closely with what they refer to as the Galactic Command.

The Revelation — The Master, Free of the Planetary Scheme

The fifth initiation confers the status of Master of the Wisdom — a being whose consciousness has been fully absorbed into the Spiritual Triad and who is now capable of conscious functioning on the atmic plane. At this level, the Master stands free of the compulsory cycles of the planetary sphere. The planet is no longer a prison or even a home in the ordinary sense; it has become a field of chosen service. The Master can remain within the planetary scheme as a member of the Hierarchy, or depart along other cosmic paths — the choice is conscious and free.
