CONNECTING TO HIGHER SELF THROUGH RASTAFARIANS, ROSICRUSIANS AND SAINT GERMAIN TEACHINGS

I have been telling different techniques about how to get in contact with Higher Self or I AM Presence and Self Realization or whatever name you want call it. When one reaches that state or just BE there are no religions, just Sat Chit Ananda, Consciousness, Bliss, Absolute. These teachings can be found in Christian Mysticism, Sufi Muslims, Tao, Hinduism, Theosophy, Rastafarians and so on. There are no rules how one get to this state; by meditating or by Near Death Experience or some other way. Just choose the way which better fits to you. Here is couple of more techniques:

Both Rastas and scholars who study the Rastafari movement affirm that beyond the obvious symbols and practices of Rastafari, the question stands at the core of the movement. In his book, Rastafari: For the Healing of the Nation, Rastafarian devotee Dennis Forsythe asserts that Rastafari is a grassroots movement whose major focus is posing and responding to the fundamental cultural and human question, Who I am? or What am I? Rastafari proposes a more attainable and psychologigally healthy answer to the question WHO AM I.

Not surprising, therefore, is the Rastafarian emphasis on the 'I' as the philosophical foundation of the identity of its devotees. By utilizing 'I' to denote Rastafarian consciousness of the self as divine, Rastafari elevates its most socially marginalized adheremnts to a status that highlights their position next to Jah (God). Since 'I' indicates their consciousness of the 'godness' that inheres in the self, they boldly affirm their physical characteristics, African past, and creative ability to fashion their own culture to mirror their sense of self.  Rastafarian tenets, practices, and symbols are all the exterior articulation of this sense of self.

The 33 Discourses contained in this book were dictated over a visible Light and Sound Ray in 1932 by the Ascended Master Saint Germain and those other Ascended Masters directly concerned with this Activity. He also says: “Nothing will bless the individual to so great a degree as the Conscious Understanding of this ‘Creative Word.’ ”
