SPONTANEOUS AND RANDOM ACT OF KINDNESS
Olin Theosopcihal Order of Service skandinaavian edustaja yhdeksänkymmentä luvulla ja vuosituhaneen taitteessa. Olen empaattinen ja ryhmässä oli monia ihmisiä, jotka ovat samanlaisia kuin minä. Annie Besant on perustanut Theosophical Order of Servicen, ja olemme täällä auttaaksemme kaikkia kärsiviä. Riippumatta siitä, mistä maasta olet kotoisin, olemme täällä auttamassa. Ryhmässä oli monia kampanjoita kuten ystävyyden rannekorujen teko, Plant Flowers not bombs jne ja spontaanit ystävyyden teot kuuluivat kuvaan myös.
Asun Helsingin Malmilla ja käyn melkein päivittäin Malmin Prismassa ruokaostoksilla. Malmin Prisma on hypermarket ja joku aika sitten siellä oli todella inhottavaa käydä. Jopa uutisiin asti päätyi kaupan toiminta.
Malmin Prisma hukkui vihapostiin, Ranskasta asti tullut vihapostia ja henkilökunnalle annettu henkistä apua ja Prisma halutaan Malmilta pois.
Kyse oli siitä, että pyörätuolissa ollut mies oli saanut sosiaalitoimistosta maksusitoumuksen kenkiin ja oli kävellyt talvella pelkillä tohveleilla. Kengät jotka hän oli valinnut olivat vähän kalliimmat kuin maksusitoumuksen rahasumma. Prisman kassa ei suostunut ottamaan rahaa vastaan yli menevästä summasta ja mies oli jäämässä ilman kenkiä. Hänen takanaan ollut seuraavana kassajonossa nainen oli lopulta maksanut kengät. Tästä alkoi kunnon skandaali kun nainen teki päivityksen asiasta someen. Sen jälkeen Prisma ilmoitti etsivänsä miestä ja haluaa antaa kengät ilmaiseksi miehelle.
Prismassa oli inhottava käydä ja kerran kassajonossa takanani oli mies joka jopa sanoi, että hän menee nyt hakaamaan yhden kassaneidin. Sanoin, että et mene ja hän onneksi uskoi minua.
Ajattelin, että jotain täytyy asialle tehdä ja niimpä lähetin nimettömänä Prismaan viestin, että tänään sain hyvää palvelua eräältä kassaneidiltä. Parin päivän päästä näin samaisen kassaneidin ja kerroin hänelle, että olen lähettänyt viestiä hyvästä asiakaspalvelusta. Nainen sanoi, että hänelle kerrottiin asiasta, mutta ei sanottu kuka viestin oli lähettänyt. Hän sanoi myös, että kyllä lämmitti sydäntä tämä toiminta. Lähetin samaisen kertomuksen Malmin facebook ryhmään ja seuraavien vikkojen kuluessa sama facebook ryhmä täyttyi kehuista miten ystävällisiä Prsiman kassat ovat. Nykyään Prismassa on ihan mukava käydä ja pienillä spontaaneilla ystävyyden teoilla voi muuttaa ilmapiirin hyväksi. Olen myös sanonut suoraan joillekin kassalle, että kiitos kun olet aina ystävällinen ja mukava ja hän sanoi, että kiitos kun on mukavia asiakkaita. Empaatit pystyvät muuttaman ilmapiirin.
Toinen spontaani ystävyyden teko joka muistui mieleen tapahtui talvella muutama vuosi sitten. Olin bussipysäkillä ja huomasin vanhan miehen joka lumessa ja jäässä yritti juosta ehtiäkseen bussiin eikä hänen jalkansa kunnolla jaksanut kantaa miestä ja hyvä ettei hän kaatunut. Pysäytin kaikki tulevat bussit ja vanha mies pääsi bussiin. Bussipysäkillä ollut toinen mies joka näki tapauksen sanoi minulle, että tämä oli kyllä niin hyvä teko vanhalle miehelle, että hänelle tuli hyvä mieli siitä. Pienistä teoista tulee hyvä mieli ja minulla ei ole tarvetta tehdä numeroa niistä kun toimii spontaanisti. Tehkää tekin pieniä hyviä tekoja ja tässä linkissä on joitain vinkkejä:

I was the Scandinavian representative of the Theosopcihal Order of Service in the nineties and at the turn of the millennium. I live in Malmi, Helsinki and I go grocery shopping at Malmi Prisma almost every day. Malmi's Prisma is a hypermarket and some time ago it was really disgusting to visit there. The store's operations ended even up to the news:

In the links there are told that Malmi's Prisma was drowned in hate mail, hate mail even from France and emotional support given to the staff, and Prisma is wanted away from Malmi.
It was about the fact that the man in a wheelchair had received an obligation to pay for shoes from the social welfare office and had been walking in winter with only slippers. The shoes he had chosen were a little more expensive than the amount of money in the payment commitment. Prisma's cashier refused to accept money for the excess amount and the man was about to run out of shoes. The woman next in line behind him had finally paid for the shoes. This started a real scandal when the woman made an update about the matter on social media. After that, Prisma announced that she was looking for a man and wanted to give the shoes to him for free.
It was disgusting to go to Prisma and once in the checkout line there was a man behind me who even said that he was now going to hit and be violent one of the cashiers. I told you not to go and luckily he believed me.
I thought that something had to be done about it and so I anonymously sent a message to Prisma that today I received good service from a cashier. A couple of days later I saw the same cashier and told her that I had sent a message about good customer service. The woman said she was told about it, but not told who had sent the message. She also said that this activity really warmed his heart. I sent the same report to Malmi's Facebook group, and over the next few weeks, the same Facebook group was filled with praise for how friendly Prsima's cashiers are. Nowadays, it's really nice to visit Prisma and small spontaneous acts of friendship can change the atmosphere for the better. I have also directly said to some cashiers that thank you for always being friendly and nice and they said thank you for having nice customers. Empaths can change the atmosphere.
Another spontaneous act of friendship that I remember happened in the winter a few years ago. I was at the bus stop and I noticed an old man who was trying to run in the snow and ice to catch the bus and his legs couldn't carry him properly and it's good that he didn't fall. I stopped all the coming buses and the old man got on the bus. Another man at the bus stop who saw the incident told me that this was such a good deed for the old man that he felt good about it. Small actions make me feel good and I don't need to make a number of them when I act spontaneously. Do small good deeds too and this link has some tips:
